1. What Information We Collect

We collect essential account setup information provided by parents, including full name, verified email address, and mobile number. For the learner, we record only a display pseudonym/first name and academic grade to customize puzzle complexity.

2. Zero Sensitive Minor Data

We strictly comply with digital minor safety rules. We do not harvest biometric data, live device GPS coordinates, contacts, or Aadhaar/government documentation.

3. Bank-Grade Payment Security

All subscription transactions and tokenized mandates are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay). PnC Grow Together never stores credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking credentials on its application servers.
